1. Please note our Cancellation Policy:
Tickets are not refundable*. Cancelling a ticket does not refund your credit card. Once purchased, this ticket may be cancelled anytime before midnight on the day before travel. If it is cancelled, the ticket price, minus the cancellation fee, minus the reward given when the ticket is purchased will be credited (iPOINTS) to your online ISLANDLINK account, for future travel purchases. Ticket cancellation can only be done by the person who made the booking, and only online.
Certain exceptions apply:
- if we deny you boarding, or
- if, having boarded our bus on the travel date, we fail to deliver you to your final Islandlink ticketed destination (we may also need to use a third party carrier arranged by Islandlink to accomplish this), or
- if you opt(ed) to pay the $7.50 per passenger insurance fee offered in the ticket booking process, your ticket price will be fully refunded if we deliver you to your final Islandlink ticketed destination & time, but more than 45 minutes late,
your ticket price will be fully refunded (incl the $7.50 fee).
- 2. Children under 9 years are not permitted on our buses.
- 3. Pets are not allowed on our buses.
- 4. Bicycles and surfboards cannot be accommodated on our buses due to limited availability of space.
